How Can stabbing Head Pain Be Treated?

Hi I m Kerri and am 33 I have for the past 3 months my jaw has got stiff and sore on the left side can t eat that side move the jaw the wrong way it hurts so bad and I also get bad stabbing pains other top of my head left side and can run to the jaw I have been looking on line and I have the symptoms of Giant Cell Arteritis can u help

Before GCA I think we should first rule out a migraine because it also causes similar symptoms.
